These pads do everything they’re purported to do, however if the person using them moves around in bed, they shift and become lumpy. My husband refuses to sleep on one of these. They are great for the couch, wheelchair, seat of a car. For bed, I go with the KANECH Bed Pads for Incontinence. A little more expensive, much softer, in the larger size alleviated the problem of bunching.
