Review on Refiner by Shawn Pollock

We use it at work as an employee feedback app! It's great because we can easily give each other individualized comments/feedback without having our managers involved in any way (which would be necessary if they were looking over my shoulder). The only downside I have seen so far with this platform has been how difficult some of us find using certain features compared when working off-site or remotely vs being physically present within one anothers offices during normal office hours etc., but there are ways around most things here which helps keep people engaged throughout their day while also keeping them well informed about what needs improving where from time through out shifts / days across all departments alike!! My team loves knowing who amongst themselves should improve upon something more than anything else.
