Terrible quality control.
Extremely disappointed. The item arrived disassembled. Nuts and bolts rattled in the machine. The fan has been weakened inside the device. Nuts and bolts fell off. The fan grill also fell off. Opened up the block to get the nuts and bolts and the saw wires were unattached. Not happy at all. It's going to be 30 degrees tonight and I was really hoping to fix that to make them more comfortable. In the process of returning this product as soon as possible, the nuts and bolts stayed where found and rattled inside the unit.
