I bought this because my puppies were neutered. I needed something other than a cone because they hated it and whined and cried until I took it off. I ordered two and they arrived the day after the surgery. They love wearing it. What's important to me is that it protects the incision and doesn't need to be removed for them to pee and poop. The size chart is disabled. I ordered a medium and it fit my two puppies. Mine (white) is 13 inches long and weighs 8 pounds, the other (brown/white) is 16 inches long and weighs 13 pounds and is long and lean. As you can see, the environment suits both of them perfectly. It has enough strength so that both puppies are comfortable and enjoy wearing it. I hope this helps with sizing for those with small dogs.
