The customer support team has been great in terms answering any questions that I may have had along with being able reach out if there was an issue at anytime during our engagement! Their dashboard can be challenging for someone who isn't tech savvy but they are always willing help you figure it allout so don;t worry about not understanding everything right away!! They offer unlimited ACH transfers from your bank account allowing us access into multiple business accounts which helped expand my clients base exponentially without having extra overhead fees or additional costs associated w/o needing another bookkeeper service provider.
