Great price, but?: Collars, Harnesses & Leashes

Not sure if this is a problem with the collar and coat combination. My cat has been wearing a bow tie for a few months. When it was removed, I noticed a ring of thin wool around my cat's neck. It's not that the hair is just pushed in different directions, but in the legitimate little ring of balding hair around her neck. My advice is to use the collar carefully depending on how long you let your pet wear it.
