Review on Enhance Your Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018: Adjustable Mount Spare Tire Backup Camera with RCA Harness by Shrikant Ojo

At this point I have to rate the product with 1 star because 0 is not an option. I also have no way of contacting the seller/manufacturer for a solution. Reprogramming the factory radio was the easiest part of the install and I know that part works. Firstly, there aren't very clear instructions, not that many instructions are really needed, but I was expecting a little more than the size of a matchbox lid. Secondly, the cables from the camera itself to the first possible transition are quite short. Need at least another 4-6 inches to be practical. Finally, the device does not work. Camera power is confirmed, the cable to the radio has no visible breaks and is free of any potential damage. The screen on the factory device changes when shifting into reverse, but the image does not appear. If the seller wants to contact me for troubleshooting and to confirm if the device is bad or not, I'll be happy to update the review with a solution.
