Ordered size XL because my bust is 42", waist 32", hips 42". which falls into the XL range. The dress barely fitted the bust and looked very odd because the wrap part of the dress was crossed. More like a real wrap/V-neck. And oh my god it's short! This may only be appropriate if you are 5ft 3" or under and have a small chest. And as others have said the waist is much higher than your natural waist and my chest has the shoulder seam pulled down to compensate .Overall not for busty or medium sized.
