Review on Skip Hop Dash Signature Messenger Diaper Bag, Chevron: Ultimate Convenience and Style in One! by Heidi Ward

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Without flash. hard material. tight compression

I love Skip Hop and had a Forma holdall with a grey/lime diaper bag with my previous baby. I really liked this bag, but this time I'm going to have a girl, and since I wanted to stick with shades of grey, the light green interior didn't suit me, and I'm not a fan of the black and blue bag. I think they have black/purple, I'm not a big fan of purple. Anyway, after looking around for different Skip Hop diaper bags, I stumbled upon this one. At first I was just a click away from the chevron bag, but settled on grey. I wouldn't say I'm disappointed with the bag but I think the Forma tote is the best option if you don't have the color. Preferences. I personally don't like the material of this bag and as other reviews have said the lack of a zip is one of the main downsides but the design of the bag is what it is so I can't help but give my assessment. I wish I had read the zipper reviews earlier as it would have changed my mind about ordering this particular bag. The interior is a bit cramped and the stiff material makes filling difficult. You can fit a lot in it, but it will be extremely disorganized, and if you're anything like me and like to keep everything neat and tidy, I'd recommend the large Skip Hop Forma Tote Bag. All in all, this is a decent bag. I wish the material was a bit more flexible and it was a bit wider as far as internal space goes. Great bag for your money. I bought it on sale for €35. I personally wouldn't pay the initial $60+.
