My chiropractor uses this lotion to massage and manipulate my hand. I noticed my hand felt better after using this lotion, and someone explained to me that it contains arnica, a well-known natural pain reliever. I also let my husband massage my back with this extremely liquid lotion when I'm in pain, but I have to admit I'm really thrilled that it leaves my skin as soft and smooth as a baby's skin. So call me for nothing, but bottom line, this is the best lotion that has ever touched my body. I would highly recommend and yes it arrived very quickly with no problems.
