The support team is very helpful, they are always willing to help me out with any questions I have. They also do not charge for their services which makes it even better! There aren't many downsides as of now but there could be some if you need additional features or more than just one account per client. ENG has been able to provide us with excellent customer service when we needed them most. We were looking for an automated system that would allow our clients to manage all of their accounts from anywhere in the world. This allowed us to reach out to new customers without having to physically go into each individual office location.
