Didn't manage to use them in a computer case. I'm building a mini cabinet for my electronics hobby. The idea is that you have a small cabinet with plenty of airflow to cool the solder joints quickly. I saw some examples on YouTube and it looked like something that would be very helpful to me. So basically I 3D print the top, bottom and back solid panels and then two side panels with brackets to mount these fans. One will blow, the other will blow. The fans have worked extremely well for my application so far. I work a lot with LED lighting, so I just had to get backlit fans. The fans give me enough airflow and they are very quiet. I have more fans than I need for this project. I'm a PC builder and have a PC that I'm going to upgrade soon and plan to use additional fans for this project. I haven't installed any additional components on the PC yet, but have installed many fans over the years and don't see any issues with those fans. my upcoming pc upgrade.
