I bought this mini pc in high hopes of having a powerful desktop-like computer with the versatility of a laptop - so I can move from home to the office. I bought it mainly as a hub for Zoom meetings. The performance of the machine was great and I was excited to try it out when I received the package. Unfortunately, I could never get up and walk. When I opened the package, I noticed that the bag contained hardware with instructions on how to install a hard drive. INDEED? Do you want me to open the processor and touch those tiny parts to make all the controls work properly? Well, I tried and I didn't succeed. The instructions sent were awful and trying to pick up the fragile little parts and fit them into the devices was next to impossible for me so I gave up. Tried booting the machine to see if it would do anything - no luck. I was very disappointed and had to return the item which was a breeze with Revain. I'm not sure if this was the only model I got as there are a lot of good reviews on all of their mini PCs, but if you buy a PC like this you should be able to plug and play and don't become a geek.
