When I received this product, the first thing I noticed was that the wireless internet on this tablet kept turning on and off. Initially, I assumed that my WiFi signal was probably not strong enough, which resulted in signal drops every now and then. Either I buy a protective case for this product, then the signal loss worsens, I hardly use the Internet on this device at all. I then started comparing the signal to my other devices connected to the wireless internet and found that my wireless internet signal wasn't weak at all. Then later I buy another case for this product, assuming it might affect the case. Then this time the situation is at an all-time low. 95% of the time this tablet cannot connect to the wireless internet. It got to the point where I couldn't even use the tablet anymore. So you have to buy a new one from a different brand. This time my new tablet connected to the wireless internet without any problems and I never had any problem with signal loss. So now I'm 100% sure your tablet has a wireless ethernet antenna problem, either this or your product has a fatal bug with this problem. Terrible products, you know, a tablet that can't connect to the internet is almost useless. So this product is useless for me.
