I don't normally write reviews but this pillow deserves it. I've been looking for this pillow for several years. I am 62 years old, have herniated discs in the lumbar and cervical areas. I sleep on my side and need a supportive pillow that doesn't sink into me. this pillow is great. He has the support I need. It keeps its shape. Menopausal women like to sleep. My morning headaches are gone. I will be buying a replacement pillow after Christmas as I have found the perfect pillow for me.
