Review on 💦 Ouidad Curl Quencher Moisturizing Conditioner, 8.5 Fluid Ounces by Jennifer Mitchell

I received this product two weeks ago. I was so excited, I've researched so much about this product and it seemed perfect, everyone loved it. I'm used to using cheap perm products as that was all I could afford until recently and now that I can afford it I've decided to spend big and start a new hair care routine with new "AWESOME." " expensive products to begin with. The first wash didn't convince me at all. I felt my hair was dry when I was in the shower and wet after washing it. It was the strangest thing. But I figured I'd go ahead and try a suitable conditioner anyway. It was thick, very pasty. I had to constantly apply it to my hair because I have VERY thick hair and it takes a lot of product to cover it. I got out of the shower and my hair was dry in 20 minutes (air dry time) which is very strange considering it usually takes 2-8 hours to dry hair. My curls turned into waves after the first wash and I attributed this to the fact that it was the first day I used the new product. After a week, which is quite normal, my hair was ready for the next wash. I noticed that my curls (waves, now after use I think) became flat on the 3rd day after washing. My curls usually stay frizzy until I wash them next week. I decide to try again. The first photos I took right before washing, and the second - after the second wash, after noticing a clear dryness that spread all over my head. Same thing happened during the wash, it was dry and crusty while in the shower it was literally wet, except this time it was so messy after I washed out the shampoo that I ended up using so much conditioner and wet brushing for ten minutes in the shower had to untangle all the tangles properly. I get out of the shower and notice that my hair is literally and completely free of curl. My bangs are 100x bigger, my tips are now ROASTED, literally fried (pics attached) and after two washes I only have 1/4 bottle of conditioner left. From an expensive product I expect at least some results and not a complete frying of the hair. I'm considering trimming my ends now, but I'll have to try countless moisturizing treatments over the course of several months hoping to get my hair back to how it was before I tried this hell of a product. At this point I don't even want my money back. I just want my hair back. My hair now looks and feels disgusting and dead.
