The screwdrivers themselves work fine but I bought them because they had magnetic tips. The tips are not "magnetic" in and of themselves. It comes with a small round magnet and a small yellow plastic box. Based on other people's reviews, I realized that if you somehow rub the yellow box with a screwdriver, the tips will become magnetized. They also become magnetized when you run the tip over a magnet. I have no idea if I'm doing it right and what difference does it make if I run them over the box or over the magnet! Couldn't you have included instructions?
