We are using them now for our daily business needs, they have helped us keep our paperless procedures in place to provide a better experience for my clients when it comes time for their files. Easy to integrate with other systems in use within NAAS. Nothing at this point. I am satisfied overall but if there is anything else that you would like or need covered let me know and we can work something out! The service is very prompt, efficient & professional! There are no problems at all with this program or their customer support team!! They're always willing to help you out when needed. I have never had an issue that has come up while using NSA's services in any way shape or form. ! Keep it going guys. !! We use them for data destruction as well as paper reduction/reuse programs throughout our organization (hospitals).
