I like that it shows you where your issues are in terms or latency for example; this is very helpful to find out what areas need attention asap! The interface could be improved with more options available (ease-of use). It's not free but its worth every penny if used properly - make sure they have good support before purchasing otherwise there will always come problems later down stream!! We were using our own VPN which was causing increased latencies when compared against other sites we had access too via public wifi/3G etc.. This has been fixed by ip sonars solution allowing us greater control over those environments without having any impact from their side at all.
