We started out as a very small team back in the original IBM CRM - we used it to improve sales, customer service and help drive efficiency. Then sales management made a lot of changes which made the tool a headache for us. So we migrated to another product; but at the time it was not as good as ours, so we thought we could try to improve on it. But after a year, everyone else migrated to it! So after two years our competition was better; while we still had an ageing product. It did not turn out too badly; but the UI was not great. We could not do any customizations or improve on it. We eventually abandoned it. I like how easy it is to use for our team. We can easily track all orders with ease and also have access to so many different features. It's very user friendly! The loading time might be slow sometimes when you are trying to do something at once but other than that everything has been great. If your looking into an efficient system then this one will help with that. They have made ordering easier by adding in some new features to make things simpler.
