Love this vacuum. I wanted a lightweight cordless hard floor vacuum with a soft felt roller and bright LED light. This vacuum fits the bill and I have returned my Shark Rocket Pet Pro cordless vacuum. The Shark base weighed over 5 pounds while the Levoit weighed just 3 pounds. The shark-based choke was the same at both low and high speeds and wasn't very strong. Levoit's suction power was the same as the Shark at low speed, but increased at high speed. The Shark only has 3 LEDs placed closely together while the Levoit has 4 LEDs along the base for excellent illumination. I highly recommend getting a vacuum with LED lights as you will be amazed at what you can see even in a dark room compared to a vacuum without lights in a well lit room. The Shark is $350 vs. $140 for the Levoit. The Shark comes with a 5-year warranty, versus 2 years for the Levoit if you register it online. I prefer the Shark's removable battery over the Levoit's built-in battery. I liked the more versatile Levoit grip and its bright 5 light battery gauge better than the Shark grip and its less informative 3 light battery gauge. The Levoit has good soft rubber wheels and a front bumper while the Shark has a plastic front bumper. Emptying Levoit's trash is easy. I am very pleased with the overall solid build quality. Improvements I would like to see in Levoit are a removable battery and a less bright battery LED. I hope replacement filters will appear on Revain soon. The first Levoit vacuum that was sent to me would not charge or turn on. Although I was disappointed I had the opportunity to try Levoit's customer service. I was impressed that in less than a minute I was able to get in touch with an English speaking representative who was very accommodating and offered to send me a new vacuum cleaner immediately. I've read nightmarish customer service reviews from other Chinese brands, but that's clearly not the case with Levoit. The vacuum replacement was perfect and worked as I had hoped. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone who needs a cordless hard floor vacuum.
