This pedal, while not an Elna product, was listed as suitable for my Elna Excellence 730 machine model. I plugged it in and it worked great. The pedal itself looks different, but the foot pressure required feels very similar to the original pedal and I have no problem adjusting it. The pedal has four small round rubber pads on the bottom to avoid scratching the floor. I don't know if they prevent slipping because I have carpet. Great value as it costs almost $30 less than a branded replacement.
