My wife and I love these glasses and use them daily. Keep in mind that these are quite thin double walled glass and if you are clumsy or have kids in the house, I would look at cheaper coffee cups. Be that as it may, we use these daily and really enjoy them. They do not transfer heat to your hand and keep coffee hot for a long time. We had an issue with one of our cups and Nick with Kitchables gave us first rate service and rectified the problem quickly. I highly recommend this product and Kitchables and will definitely purchase again as the need arises. I can't stress how good the customer service is with Kitchables.UPDATE: 9/22/2019 - After using these almost daily for 9 months, they have held up perfectly. I was concerned that they might cloud up or break because the glass is so thin but they have performed splendidly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
