If only I could give ZERO stars!

First, let me say that I really wanted this product. After seeing the display of the monitor on the Internet, I was amazed - I had very high hopes for it. But after placing an order, I found that the monitor just turned off after two days or a few minutes after the first use. But of course I didn't give up hope and prayed that Samsung would silently fix these issues and that the monitor I received would work. So when it arrived (at 8am) I eagerly unpacked the monitor and started to set it up. My first impression was that it was a nice monitor. But it seemed cheap. The stand was very flimsy (and when I started installing it without reading the instructions, I didn't realize I needed screws lol). But even without the screws, the stand opened up every time I adjusted the monitor. Which, even without screws, shouldn't be. The stand must support the weight of the monitor. It was STRIKE ONE. Then I went through the other items in the box - I didn't even get the instructions. I had to search the internet. It was the SECOND blow. So I finally plugged the power cord into the monitor, plugged in the USB-C connector into the monitor and my MacBook Pro, and turned on the monitor "SMART" only to find that it wouldn't even turn on. It only FLASHES. Blinks like it's trying its best to turn it on, but just can't. It was the THIRD IMPACT. Still, I paid over $300 for it, and I still wanted to give Samsung the benefit of the doubt, so I left the monitor on and plugged it in hoping it would eventually work. And I ended up returning it and buying Samsung's SH850 series 24-inch business monitor, which I think is a million times better and more versatile than Samsung's self-proclaimed "SMART monitor" that won't even turn on. So if I could give this product ZERO stars I would. I sincerely DO NOT recommend this product and I strongly believe that Samsung should take this monitor off the market and fix it immediately. m
