Review on VALLENWOOD by Kevin Silver

I was disappointed with VALLENWOOD's customer support after purchasing a set of kitchen knives from them. To begin, I waited a very long time for a reply to my query into my order's shipping status. When I did reach someone, they were useless and seemed irritated by my repeated inquiries. When the knives eventually showed up, they weren't even close to what was promised. The knives had dull edges and flimsy handles. I tried contacting support again, but this time they neglected me. I was very dissatisfied with VALLENWOOD as a whole. The combination of their mediocre goods and service has left me feeling disappointed. I won't be using their services again and won't suggest them to anyone.
