I have small hands. I've always had to settle for groves that were too big. I was so excited to find the size Small. Unfortunately, the small fingers are too short even for my small hands. And they break very easily on your fingertips. It works in just 5-10 minutes or so, especially on the tip of the index finger on your dominant hand. Once I was too lazy to get my spikes and put on my husband's spikes instead. They were big and too big for me. However, they are not torn as the Small Groves size suits me. So I recommend getting one size bigger. For even better results, I wear a size Small and a size Meddum on top.
