This program works well for taking care business but limits functionality
I like that there are different views of how to check in and out. There's also an option to create your own custom view which makes it easier than some other programs. I don't like that you can only use one employee at a time when doing manual entry. You have to go back and forth between employees so it's not as easy. If you need someone who has experience using this software, they will be able to help you figure things out. It's great if you need simple payroll because everything is very organized. It does not allow you to see multiple employees at once.
Pros
- The program doesn’t take long for me or my staff members with less computer knowledge but enough skill level where we could get around fine without any issues within our office environment., We were told by another client about what was available from Payroll Manager Plus (PM+)
- A new customer service representative took over most all complaints related directly
