I needed a short HDMI cable from my laptop to my large monitor. And I wanted it in white [which wasn't as easy to find as I thought. Everyone and their dogs have black wires. That's exactly how it looks like. The cable is strong and crushproof. I don't think there is a cable that is "compression proof". I've used HDMI cables with gold plated connectors (which I liked) and this cable is as good as the more expensive ones. In terms of cable shielding/thickness (protecting the electrical wiring inside) I would say it's about 75% the quality of the best (and most expensive) cables I have) and MUCH better than cheap "discount" -Cable. I previously made the mistake of buying online. It is durable, has a stable bandwidth and does not cause noticeable disturbances in the electrical signal. If you absolutely don't need "maximum R/F shielding" then this is a good choice for professional work. The connectors are strong, the cable does not twist. It's even a bit stylish. Excellent value for money and quality. Thank you for reading. Hope that helps.
