I work/go during my lunch break and the sore muscles usually start around 3pm. I drank some of it mixed with water and the next day my legs were much better than the day after running. I was seriously impressed! However, the taste did not convince me. I would suggest adding this to a juice or smoothie. It tastes like drinking baking soda in water. It also doesn't mix completely. But from a nutritional perspective, I love the fact that these are only supplements! No added sugar, nothing added. If you are on a diet, you can take this. There are no calories. I will order more of these!
