Update: This company is hard to come by. I retied my backpack, but it hurt to carry it when a broken piece of plastic pierced my hand. I sent a form to this company and all I got back was a request for labels?! I bought this backpack in December and I use it every day! There are no labels with important information on them. I am very very disappointed in the quality of customer service as well as the quality of their backpacks. I do not recommend. Only comment after not getting a response from their contact form on their website. I'm disappointed. The last Swissgear backpack I had before lasted at least 5 years before the bottom cracked and I had to fix it. Then it went on for a few more years! I actually only replaced it because people commented on its disheveled appearance (but I liked it and it still worked!). So I went looking and found this backpack which I thought would be a great replacement. I specifically bought from this company because they proved to me that they make excellent backpacks! Unfortunately the quality seems to have gone down. After only 7 months of use, the adjustment strap broke when I removed my backpack with a 3lb laptop, some books, a charger and a bottle of water as usual. He shouldn't have been so broken. The rest of the pack looks new and the material/metal components (no plastic parts) will probably last as long as the previous pack. But those pieces of plastic that hold the straps together? Come on. SMX.
