In short, here's an enthusiast who wants a full user manual to avoid stumbling into the app at first. I took a pressure mat golf lesson a while ago and loved the feedback on the weight distribution data. Since my golf club doesn't have a custom mat and I can't afford one (about $4,000), I looked for an alternative and came across these insoles. And downloaded the accompanying golf app. What is good: 1. the quality of the insoles, they seem to be well made and sturdy 2. the quality of the print data of the insoles. There are (I think) 4 sensors per insole which provide good pressure feedback data for my (golf) needs.3. View and edit Swing video analytics app features. Well thought out and more than met my needs.4. Many other aspects of the application. Overall a high quality app with lots of features. What could be better: 1. Above all; not enough information for a beginner. A detailed operating manual is not available. It took me a while to understand the app. The app has a few features, many of which are decent to good. Salted has some good YouTube videos, but it also lacks a basic introduction to all of the app's features. Note. Salted has 2 YouTube accounts, make sure you are using their newest account.2. The insoles leak surprisingly quickly unless you turn them off via the app. They don't have a physical on/off switch, so they'll keep sending out a Bluetooth signal until they run out of power. The discharge occurs throughout the day, which I think is fast.3. Some of the features in the app could perhaps be better translated into English, but that's a bit of a nitpick.4. At the time of writing the app (version 1.22.16) on iPhone had an error when using swing practice/live practice mode. Then the application no longer works.
