I bought two ironing machines from you. One for my client and one for my client at home as I need to visit her at home when she or her husband is ill and cannot go out. We both experienced the same feelings with our irons. They work hard and tug at the hair, and also don't leave the hair silky and soft like the exact same flat iron I borrowed from my barber friend. I loved her. Very hard and heavy. Ours seemed easy and cheap! I would like to send them back and get my money back. The reason it took me so long to contact you is because I was hoping the hardware would get better. When I got home to my client, she said that she had the exact same problems.
