This tool turned out great. I tested all my home appliances to see how much they use when they are "off" or in "standby" and used the results to mark each appliance as "yellow" when it is not turned off, and as "green" when it is used so little. it should not be disconnected and connected, "red" - disconnect when not in use. I also use Trickle Star's advanced extension cords and recommend them for TVs and computers! Check if your energy company offers discounts on these products before buying from Amazon!
