Typically I'm wearing XL in everything now. Some things that are XL are even small on me. I got an XL and kinda think I could have gotten a large. It's definitely roomy and a little long. So I guess if you are trying to choose between two sizes go with the smaller. Overall pretty flattering and I like the material.
