Cute dress: my feedback
The style is cute. Smocked bodice with elastic is actually very flattering. The length is mid calf with an above the knee slit. The fabric hangs nicely so that the dress drapes nice below the bodice. The pattern of the fabric is pretty busy with all the little flowers which I think makes it less formal.
