Exactly as can be seen in the picture - I like it

Conclusion: Better quality than Vita. Was a little tricky to install at first but now it charges my Vita after I replaced the frayed cable that came with the Vita. It works and is SOLID quality - period. I buy a lot of USB cables and make/buy my own Ethernet cables. It is exactly as shown in the picture and is double shielded. For $7 how can you beat that?!
