The jacket was ordered in mid-September. When it arrived, it was too hot in Houston to wear, so it was removed. A week ago it had been so chilly that a warmer jacket was needed only to find it had a hole next to the zip. Then it was too late to return. Very disappointed that they sent a damaged item.
