I bought these bottles in addition to the Fitletic Ultimate Race Belt II. Sits perfectly, nothing dangling or dangling. Although I have read and seen complaints about these bottles leaking, my bottles/caps do not leak at all. I often have to run out the door and end up tossing freshly filled bottles in my bag and walking out the door. Never leaked or flooded with water. My friend who has the same bottles leaks a lot, but we found that she overfilled her bottles which caused water to "jump" out of the lid as she ran. We poured out some water and that solved her problem. They are the perfect size, shape and function exactly as advertised. They fit snugly in their holder and you don't even have to attach a strap to the lid if you don't want to. I've also run them through the dishwasher and they've stayed true to their shape. My only complaint about bottles is that I can taste plastic. The plastic taste becomes even more pronounced when I do longer runs and the water is warm. I tried soaking the flavor in lemon water but it's still there. Now I only run on bottled Gatorade, and when I run on water I can taste Gatorade. Obviously the bottles are absorbent, otherwise I wouldn't try anything, but trying water with Gatorade essence is better than drinking water with plastic essence.
