The controller looks and works like a regular controller, but it doesn't sync. I tried a few times before using the direct link which didn't work either. It lights up, but the light doesn't switch like a real controller. I thought it was just because it was a 3rd party, but it just won't sync. I would have refrained from my assessment of the controller, but when I decided to use the company's contact information to exchange, I called the number provided. The number belongs to a poor innocent guy who keeps getting calls from this company. He was very polite and called me back to let me know it wasn't a company number. He said he tried to get Voyee to write his number down and Revain to delete his number, but neither would do it. This is a disadvantage for customers and a terrible inconvenience for the guy. I can't imagine him being able to call everyone back all the time. Please change your contact details. I asked for a controller replacement. Hope the new one works. In general.
