I have been working with QS for about 5 months now, as my implementation lead they were able to help me through every step of our journey together! They helped us understand what we needed from them so that it was easy when things got more complex later down the road. Their team are very responsive but also know how important client confidentiality can be at times - which makes sense considering their industry focus. We worked closely over this time period, meaning there's not much room left for improvement or change if any should arise once project has finished; however having an open line of communication between both parties throughout entire process would've enabled even better results than achieved during initial stages had such occurred :) If you're looking for someone who will listen & act upon your feedback then look no further- these guys do exactly just that!!
