Review on Mercer Culinary Handle Turner Spatula by Stephanie Johnson

This is my second different tool in the Mercer Culinary Hell's Handle line of kitchen tools and I love both. This is a great, powerful daily turner for my cast iron cookware. Stainless steel is thick and heavy, good for everything. The plastic handle is comfortable and easy to grip, but not light or flimsy like the plastic handles found on many kitchen utensils. It's the perfect medium size for almost any type of food, it's heavy enough to stand up to just about anything, and you can have good leverage for scraping the floor whatever you need. Cleaning with them is very easy, I usually hand wash them, it's that simple, but sometimes I throw them in the dishwasher, no problem. With everything but my few non-stick pans, I use it like my favorite spatula every time. Excellent value for money and quality!
