Agree, the price is very low! For that alone I was a skeptic. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality when it arrived. It was very well packed in foam and plastic (see photo). Pros: 1) Durable for the price. 2) Washes fairly well and acrylics. 3) Pleasantly loud clap, making it a functional tool rather than a toy. 4) Plenty of writing space. 5) Magnets hold pieces of wood together when not in use and prevent them from opening on their own. . Upon arrival they were free. I suggest if you use this item consistently, remove the acorn nuts and add a Lock-Tight threaded tip and/or replace the nuts with lock washers and hex nuts. 2) The black and white on wooden sticks may be a bit bolder and lighter and may appear faded, but this in no way affects the use of this tool. Note: I use it in my home studio several times a week for video production. This is a great alternative to expensive folding boards and so far I've got my money's worth. If it breaks tomorrow, I will replace it with the same one without reservation.
