Surprised by all the positive reviews but I don't think they are fake - just doesn't suit my husband. He works in a hospital, on the phone, etc., and he needed something compact to carry food for those late-night calls. This item was very bulky, noisy and I hate to say it, but it looked pretty distasteful. Neither of us liked the look. I think we wanted something smoother. The pros are that it feels well insulated, clears clutter easily and lasts a lot! It all depends on your needs - for example, someone wrote that it's great for her husband who drives a truck. I can see this bag working great in situations like this where you don't have to carry it around and have enough food/drinks for the whole day.
