Simple but effective

I had an old legacy graphics card running Win 10 Pro 64-bit and Win XP Pro 32-bit dual boot. The card and motherboard started overclocking into the 70's even with moderate internet or video browsing - NO gaming or intense power hungry programs. When watching a video or opening more than two tabs in the browser, the PC freezes. I installed two such fans, the graphics card and the mainboard now work at a temperature of about 40-50 degrees under load. Packaging was minimal, which is great for the environment, and installation was easy. I rotated the fans in the opposite direction by inserting a small flathead screwdriver under the frame and using the screwdriver as a pry bar while using an additional screwdriver to press down on the tabs securing the frame to the fan housing - you'll understand, when you do it look at the units. Even with fan changes, the installation, including turning off and restarting the PC, took less than ten minutes. Although there was a slight buzzing, it soon disappeared. In fact, I stopped hearing the fans after a few hours; I probably trained myself, but it was a fairly low roar, nothing disturbing. I bought two SATA to LP4 adapters to add extra power to devices for a total of $14, putting my total cost under $35. My system no longer crashes due to overheating components and my graphics card will easily last a few more years. Highly recommend the seller and these special fans. Even if you've never cracked a PC case before, these fans are easy to install.
