More of an overlay than an insole

Not as expected. This is a thin layer. No way to use on it's own, needs to go over top of existing insoles. I haven't even tried them yet, expecting nothing.Update: They work well to prevent foot fatigue and pain. I would purchase again, with the understanding that they have to be used in addition to an existing insole.
