The ease in which I can create custom tabs so that my team members are able use them without having me be involved with their daily work flows has been amazing! Not only do they have an easy-to navigate interface but it's also very simple when updating or changing pages within those tab sections as well (which makes sense given how many people will need access at any one time).

Sometimes if you're not already familiar w/the program then there may take some getting used too - especially since this isn't something we've had experience using before now. However once everything falls into place & everyone knows what each other needs from day1 its fantastic!! We were previously unable totrack our candidates' progress through different stages during onboarding process until recently where after implementing new features like "Workflow" all employees could see exactly who was needed next along every step towards being hired by.
