The chair was easy to put together and I love the support it provides, but my issue with the chair is ruining the chair's overall score. On the second day I had problems with the pre-assembled chair back. On either side of the headrest, the mesh used for the backrest began to loosen and the used struts I noticed were sticking out in some cases and falling out completely in others. This causes the entire spine to start loosening on one side. It was the second day. I have since had to tape the mesh to the chair to keep it attached. I would understand if it wore off over time and became a problem. But it was right out of the box. Otherwise the chair was good. Let's see if the super glue will hold and make the chair work as it's supposed to.
