Upon arrival at the place of service, I was refused, because. the hair dryer does not come with a warranty card from the supplier (and the receipt for payment and the manufacturer's warranty card mean absolutely nothing to them), which was not originally in the box. Well, you say, there is a support service of Ya. Market, which is always ready to promptly help in all disputable situations! Again a mistake! At the same moment, I contacted the aforementioned support service and described the situation. Then a few days of strange correspondence (screenshots are attached), as a result of which I received an answer with a proposal of some kind of muddy scheme. So that I send them this long-suffering warranty card to the office. No one gives an answer to my questions why, why, what kind of algorithm of actions and how long this action will last. To summarize, it turns out: 1. Without some mythical SUPPLIER warranty card, you will be denied warranty service, the check and the manufacturer's warranty are not suitable; 2. Ya. Market will not be able to help you with this; 3. From the support service, you almost have to pull out at least some answer with ticks; 4. It is not at all clear how long this will take. With this rate of feedback, one can only guess. And you won’t hand it over for repairs, because. at the opening, you will fly off the guarantee . Which seems to be there, but it seems to be not there. I think that it’s better to overpay a little and take this hair dryer in an authorized offline store than to play roulette.
