Great filter system!

My water comes straight from a deep well and contains a lot of sediment and metals. My system is set to iSpring 5-Stage with the entire home filter and descaling filter. I've had this installed for almost a year and it's been great. It filters all the bad stuff out of my water and tastes amazing! Another house that has the same fountain as mine has Culligan instead of iSpring, and I have to say iSpring water tastes ten times better than Culligan. iSpring water also tastes better than the reverse osmosis stations you can buy water from around town. iSpring is good because there is no monthly fee, the filters are inexpensive and easy to replace, and anyone can install them. Installation was pretty easy. The instructions are excellent, everything is described in detail. And then there is the amazing online YouTube they have created. Together, these resources made this a great DIY project. Can't say I've come across homemade products that combine an excellent instruction manual with a YouTube video, and iSpring did it brilliantly! I have no water filtration experience and was able to install the entire system myself. It took me several hours and then I was done! The only problem I had was the plastic pipe at the top of the tank. I couldn't install it lest it leak. I ended up buying metal at a hardware store and used teflon tape. But I don't have much experience attaching tubes, so it's probably operator error on my part. So no complaints here. And customer service. Brilliant! Since I'm new to this whole filtration system, I have a few questions. I called customer service and got a call from a live person basically right away. They took the time to answer some of my initial questions and went into detail until I really got it. It was a great learning journey! And when I had a problem with a leaking faucet a few months later, it was immediately replaced under warranty. The USPS shipper had some trouble getting it right and iSpring customer service complied to make sure I got the faucet to my satisfaction and even checked back later to make sure I was still satisfied with it was. Again, this is a great system and I think it would be foolish to try any other system when the iSpring product and customer service is so amazing.
