You MUST know how to put this on FIRST
This item will, I expect, completely immobilize a shoulder if used properly. I have had injured shoulders for 30 + years and have used many shoulder immobilization devices. This one stumped me. Instructions are included and were not helpful at all. The loop on the long strap that is supposed to control the wrist baffles me. If you need a truly good immobilization sling for your shoulder, get this one and take it to your personal doctor for instruction on correctly putting it on.
